Cristiano De Paolis 

Cristiano De Paolis is a first-generation American and the son of immigrant parents, whose father founded the company in 1981. He began working in the business at the age of 13 and has spent over three decades in the telecommunications industry. With hands-on experience across every aspect of the business, he remains deeply involved in all departments. He takes pride in continuing a family legacy built on hard work, accountability, and craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling, attending concerts, and staying active through martial arts training in jiu jitsu and Muay Thai, as well as playing drums.

Gaspar Campos

Gaspar Campos brings extensive experience in structured cabling and telephony systems and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s operations since its earliest days. Born in Mexico and raised in the United States from a young age, he built his career through hands-on work and deep technical expertise. Gaspar plays a vital role in operations, project execution, and team mentorship. He is deeply committed to in-house craftsmanship, certified installations, and dependable delivery—standards that define the company’s long-standing reputation. He also takes pride in mentoring the next generation, including working alongside his son to pass on his expertise. Outside of work, Gaspar enjoys spending time with family, staying active through workouts and hiking, watching sports, taking road trips, and visiting his native country of Mexico.
